RBV isn't that bad although it seems to be going down hill pretty quickly. I'm not angry with them or anything but I'm going to be moving out next month due to the managment and the lack of caring. They have changed managment and seem to question everything and only be out to make the most money as possible. I do like the apartment and have never had a problem with crime. The #1 worst thing is the parking and the "security gate" that hasnt worked even once in two years. I don't even have the clicker for the gates in my car and haven't needed it once. If you are a couple moving into a one bedroom the two different closets are very nice and the garden tub is a perk. There are better apartments in the area (Chapel Hill) and there are worse ones (Camden Westview) so look around but be ready for the really crappy parking and the rates to increase with many kids around here. Also seems to be many people in the pool in the summer that don't seem like they live here. Just giving you a heads up....
