Resident 2010 - 2011

The office staff was always helpful and friendly, even when stressed while remodeling the clubhouse/leasing center. I always got a lot of packages, so I'm sure I bugged them, but they were always pleasant. I loved the pool and the hot tub, loved the layout of the apartments, loved the location of the apartment--it was convenient for me between work and family. Honestly, the only problem that I really had was that I came back from work late and the parking lot would be full--you get one free covered space and somebody kept parking in it. The courtesy officer helped rectify that for me though. It turns out he was new and his roommate told him he could park there. *Sigh* It was resolved without incident, so all is well that ends well. They got Fios after I moved in, so you've got that option now. There are a couple things though, if your apartment faces a one direction you won't be able to get satellite, so if that's a problem for you, you should ask up front before signing for a specific apartment. Also if your apartment faces full west, in the summer all those windows will be a burden--so get some curtains and it will help keep the temperature down and not overwork your poor A/C. Ummm... I was generally happy, so I can't remember anything else.... I never felt unsafe there as a single 25 year old female, while I lived there. My friend still lives there now and still no problems. It's a good community, it was right for me.
