The management is the farthest thing from friendly if you have a serious problem with any neighbors. They do not do a single thing if your neighbors are loud. Instead, they basically tell you, "Oh well. Deal with it." They talk to you as if you are an ignorant child who cannot comprehend. You can hear your neighbors CLEARLY through the walls without raising your voice much higher than normal talking. There is dog feces and cigarette butts all over the place. The residents LOVE to yell to each other across the parking lot at all hours of the night. If you have a child in school, your neighbors are likely to keep them all night, prohibiting them from even attending school the next day. They just do not care. The people they rent to are adults in their late teens to early twenties and thugs who do not care about anything they do. All in all, these are the cheapest apartments I have ever seen with sky high pricing. Nothing about these apartments is worth moving in to. I would definitely find ANYWHERE else to stay than these.
