It's true that Guthrie Creek is reasonably priced, but you have to consider what you're actually going to be getting for that price: an apartment with a leaky roof that seems to be rotting and caving in, an air conditioner that's so loud that when you're in the bathroom it hurts your ears and shakes the walls, wall paper that was put on sideways, stained, and torn, that they promised to take down and re-paint but still haven't after over 6 months! The list goes on and on, I don't have the time or the patience to list everything that is wrong here. The whole complex just seems poorly run, like no one really knows what it is they are doing. And Kelly that works in the office is a real -----! She is not helpful at all, she's rude, and if you call she will hang up on you. Cindy can be a ----- too but she's a little better. Angie is great, she's really nice. I was probably the best tenant that they have ever had, I always paid rent on time, I never complained about anything, kept to myself, didn't make any noise, and how do they treat me? Like none of that matters. As long as they get their check every month they're happy and don't want to do anything else. Also, don't you find it kind of odd that the only person that has posted in this website that actually liked Guthrie Creek WORKED there?!? So basically to sum it up: the employees like it, the tenants don't. Simple enough. Anyway, what it all boils down to is that Guthrie Creek isn't the worst apartment complex you could go to, but it's certainly not the best. I'm so glad I got out of there! Go to Summer Green or Oak Hollow, they're way better.
