Resident 2013

3/7/2014

This was my first apartment complex and I loved it. I had heard many horror stories from my friends about their terrible apartments, and neighbors so I was a little worried when I started apartment hunting but Lakeshore popped up and turned out to be a perfect fit for me. I was a student at Texas Tech and I was looking for an apartment close to Tech, but also not student living. Lakeshore provided all of that. It is close to Texas Tech, and Lubbock Christian University but it isn't student housing eliminating all the pesky student partying at other apartment complexes. It has a family feel which I really loved, being able to come home and see children playing in the courtyard. It is no more than five blocks away from the 19 and the 34 citibus routes. The huge new Market Street is in walkable distance. Lakeshore is also nicely in the middle of North Lubbock close to the Medical District. They have a pool at Ventura Flats which is also a walkable distance. Kerri, the property manager is very friendly, fun to talk to and is very helpful with any kind of question you might have. I always left her office feeling helped and like my business was appreciated. Kerri also has monthly resident meal nights where she cooks up some delicious food in her office for everybody. I would definitely recommend this to friends and I told everybody I knew to live at this apartment complex. When I moved my criteria for apartment searching was to find something like Lakeshore.
