AWESOME COMMUNITY!!!!! The property also has on-site officer. I lived in the complex for 3.5 years and only moved due to employment relocation. Ms. Karen is an awesome property manger (I will surely miss her) and the maintenance crew are too! I NEVER had to wait long for something to get completed nor was I ever promised that something would be done and it wasn't. The complex is very quiet and property kept clean. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the flooding at times (front building), but if I hadn't had to move, I would have simply relocated into another apartment. If your looking for a place to call home that offers a since of peacefulness, cleanliness, security, and affordable rent then Greenbriar Apartments is the place for you!
