Greenbriar is easily the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. That is literally all because of the landlady, Karen. She is vindictive and rude to tenants and also blatantly shows favoritism to tenants. We've consistently complained about things breaking in our apartment that was built in the 70s, and it takes weeks for us to get a repair. Yet my co-workers who live here get their problems fixed quite quickly. They performed a repair on something and completely ruined $100s worth of clothing by allowing their mess to get on it, instead of simply covering our things and performing the repair. When I reported the loss I was told oh well just claim it in your renters insurance. I recommend never renting from Greenbriar, at least not while Karen is here. Good luck. Oh not to mention the fact that a criminal lived here, a man was shot, and they raised the rent all the same month.
