Thank you so much for your review. We always like to hear from our residents how we can improve your stay. I am glad that you are pleased with your unit, however sad to hear that you are displeased with the exterior or your fellow residents. I can assure you at this time that management has sent letters addressing all patios that are not in compliance. Generally we sent a "reminder" notice first, followed by a violation and fine if policies are not followed. As with any community, policing dogs is very hard. We rely on residents letting us know specifically who is not cleaning up after pets so we can address those owners. We typically have grounds cleaning up the dog "mess" so that residents don't have to deal with it. With our current weather being so wet, that has been difficult. In regards to restricted breeds or larger animals being on property; we are aware of these animals and unfortunately, these animals specifically are given exception under certain rental laws. It appears to the average person that management "doesn't care" when in fact we absolutely do, however certain laws are in place to allow certain animals and give exceptions.
