Thanks so much for your review, we always appreciate hearing how we can improve for our residents. I understand from our conversation that you thought you paid a pet deposit to the previous staff. However there were no records of a pet addendum, or any payment that could be provided by you or the office. Unfortunately that is why a deposit had to be paid for your Great Dane and cats that were residing with you. I am sorry that you were unsatisfied with your stay, we always try to do our best by each resident. Again, thanks for your review.
