I am so sorry you still feel this way after our conversation. As I stated when we spoke; Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 4th. We are very generous and waived late fees once as we would do with any resident. Things happen, we understand that, but after more than one late payment we simply can't do so. I am sorry the home you originally rented was a handicap unit, this was our fault. That is why we quickly rented you our model unit, which was in pristine condition. Not many communities would jump to action so quickly, and you even commented how you appreciated it. I am still willing to come walk your apartment to discuss further issues. I hope we can repair this relationship because we care deeply about all of our residents.
