I’m not sure why my review was deleted the first time, well I’m pretty sure. This experience has been a nightmare from move in. So many lies and inconsistencies from staff. Maintenance is a joke. Takes weeks and months to fulfill requests. When they actually do the work, it’s very sub par. Each staff will tell you something different. No loyalty to their residents. We pay to live in a gated complex but gates are opened way more than working. If you want what you pay for......look elsewhere.

I am so sorry you still feel this way after our conversation. As I stated when we spoke; Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 4th. We are very generous and waived late fees once as we would do with any resident. Things happen, we understand that, but after more than one late payment we simply can't do so. I am sorry the home you originally rented was a handicap unit, this was our fault. That is why we quickly rented you our model unit, which was in pristine condition. Not many communities would jump to action so quickly, and you even commented how you appreciated it. I am still willing to come walk your apartment to discuss further issues. I hope we can repair this relationship because we care deeply about all of our residents.
