Do NOT live here. Very dirty apartment complex. Broken glass is everywhere, dog poop and different liquids are all through out the hall. The fees are outrageous. The price they show you is way less when you add up all the fees and different charges they want from you each month. Would NOT recommend to any friends, there are EMS here frequently. When you have all the other apartment options around you should NOT choose this one

    Stay far away!!! Read all the google/yelp reviews on this place!!! Wouldn't recommend to anybody. Very unprofessional staff.. (Tara) Small units, with very thin walls. Anything from the hallway could be heard loud and clear from inside. Crappy gym + ZERO parking.

      When we first moved here it was okay but once new management came in that's when it took a turn. First of all the apartments are way to expensive for the amount of sqft you get. We just found out management is allowing a towing company to come through the parking garage and towing vehicles with an expired tag. You are also made to put a parking sticker on your window to park in the garage and if that's not on, you will be towed. The towing company comes in the middle of the night towing cars. I think this is extremely screwed up and it shouldn't be the apartments business if you have an expired tag. Your car should be safe where you live and to do this in the middle of a pandemic?! What infuriates me is management never told us we needed a parking pass. We found out through a friend that moved here and when we went to the office to tell them we never received notice and what would've happened if we got towed management told us it's still our fault... even though we were never told or given a pass.         If you like loud, inconsiderate neighbors, bad cell phone reception, and a leasing manager who doesn't care about your concerns, this is the place for you! Bad insulation between floors No thorough cleaning before new tenant Loud neighbors who don't follow community rules Horrible reception I would not recommend this community. Beautiful Community that's poorly managed. Don't move here. It's not worth it.

          This place was horrible. There would be loud construction almost every week. The construction workers would work in unsafe conditions, and they would leave debris lying around (nails, sharp gutter fragments, etc.). Maintenance would enter units after you've requested on several different occasions they not. You can hear people walking in the breezeway at all hours; they were beyond loud. There would be speeding cars, loud motorcycles driving up and down the street, and illegally parked vehicles. The office staff was horrible and seemed as if they were ready to fight. New residents had roaches freely walking along with their furniture.

            I really liked this place when I first moved in. Now, it's gross and really went downhill. I'm moving next month. I decided to write this review because I found them helpful for myself while looking for my new home. And, I recommend really doing your research before moving here. Packages are getting stolen. The hallways are disgusting, stained, and smell like dog pee. Other than vacuuming occasionally, the hallways have NEVER been actually cleaned. You hear everything because the walls are paper thin and the hallways are unsealed concrete. The trash situation when there is not valet trash pickup is disgusting and inconvenient. There is enormous amounts of dog poop outside that is never cleaned up. People let their pets pee in the elevators and often times is left for days. The office has stated they will work on the cleanliness, but aside from hiring someone to somewhat clean maybe twice a week, nothing has been done. It has really been a huge disappointment.

              The staff has terrible email etiquette and customer service in general. It's so unfortunate, because it's a nice community. The units are really small and the pool usually isn't clean in summer, but it's nice. The staff has changed constantly. There is only one person in the office who was there when I first moved in 13 months ago. She's the worst with customer service and they somehow promoted her to assistant manager. It was probably based on need and not performance. I was considering renewing my lease, but I swear I would rather chew my arm off than deal with these people another second, minute, day or YEAR! Note: They will probably respond with the standard apology "for the public," but they never apologize when they are blatantly rude or drop the ball with customer service. I will pass on the property response. Don't waste your time.

                My boyfriend and I have lived at these apartments going on 9 months now. We chose Central Park at Craig Ranch because of the convenience of the location to work and the proximity to the city. Given our circumstances, we had to apply quickly and move in even quicker and the staff was very responsive with the application and move in processes. Unfortunately, over the past few months we have experienced several issues, with parking availability and valet trash services. We chose a unit close to the garage with all anticipation to have a parking spot readily available. This was soon found to be a problem because after a few months they removed a large portion of the parking spots on each floor for reserved(premium) and visitor parking. Charging $75 per reserved spot per month and $5 per visitor spot every 24 hours. Might I add that if you are a multi-car home, they charge you an additional $30 per car (the first one is 'complimentary'). While I can appreciate managements efforts to squeeze every dollar they can out of the property, it shouldn't be happening at the expense of those currently residing in the facility.
