This is the worst property and company to deal with being a handicapped person. I have been verbally assaulted, and charged when I should not have been. All basic request that are ADA requirements have been ignored, or taken months to be completed. I have made noise complaints and they are ignored. Additionally charges can't be explained. You can never get anyone in the office. Trash is always at my front door. I can't wait to leave when my lease ends and I will tell anyone who asks not to rent with Berkshire.

    My experience here has been awful, very degrading, and as difficult as it can be. I'm a newly disabled person and your staff minus the maintenance has made my stay in your property difficult. I would never refer anyone especially a disabled person to stay with your property. Your company offers the bare bones minimum in service,staff,units,and property upkeep. Whom you higher for a property manager has no experience nor people skills and clearly no plan of action to get better by management development. Once my lease is up I plan to leave and never look back.

      This has been the worst experience I have had being a disabled person. I would never refer anyone to this apartment or a Berkshire property. I can not belive my company Tricon Residential even partners with you, cause we would never treat a resident how I have been treated to be in a unit that is supposed to be for a disabled person. Nothing in my unit was compliance required. I have been given the run around to just get the basics like a shower, roll up cabinet,a ramp,microwave, doors I can go thru, being up charged when I should not have been, the rudness and lack of communication from staff to my self and the city agencies helping me.
