It's a beautiful community and very friendly neighbors and staff here. I don't really every have to leave the area due to the lake and huge field, numerous restaurants and grocery store all in walking distance.

Its always been pleasant. The staff are very helpful and the neighbors are friendly. The neighborhood has always felt very safe. I often walk my dog in the evenings or night and have never felt unsafe.

Very good experience, made a lot of friends. Get together frequently for happy hour and lunches . Great place to walk, places to eat and shop. Near parks and very near downtown McKinney, very good school near the Adriatica.
