Resident 2006 - 2007

6/6/2007

This place is the pits! I moved only because this was the only place available at the time. There are holes on the grounds that management refused to fill, sidewalks are crumbing, parking spaces are sized for a Mini Cooper in an F-250 Truck area. Management starts projects without a plan, then never finishes them. A fence was built around the complex without gates to allow us to walk our dogs. A wrought iron fence was built across the entry, but they are too narrow for two cars to pass; it has been damaged twice in the few months it has been up. A canopy was built over the parking, but they didn't use a cantilever, so you have to dodge posts, which were also not spaced on the too-tight line. Hot water was switched from a boiler system to individual heaters, but they never repaired the holes in the walls or ceiling. My neighbor across the way smokes, and I smell it in my apartment. See the photos for the hole behind my washer and MY patch in the ceiling that they won't fix. Maintenance people feel free to come into our apartment without prior notice or leaving a note, and management will lie to your face even when you have photographic proof! Living in a cardboard box behind the WalMart would be equivalent to this major-turd of an apartment. I found the owner though the Central Appraisal District, and he responded in an email calling me and the other tenants "low-life scum and drug addicts that don't pay their bills." I'm a Professional Geologist who has excellent credit, and all of my neighbors I've met have good jobs. Stay away, for your own sake, STAY AWAY LIKE IT HAS THE PLAGUE!
