Lakewood Village Apartments

First of all, it is not safe to live here. Don't do it. Go look up 200 E. Lakewood St. in the City of Nacogdoches police reports. You'll find it numerous times -- criminal trespass, illegal substances, drug dealing, explosives manufacturing, domestic disputes, and the list goes on. This apartment complex allows too many residents here who are disrespectful, trashy, and loud. Cars are allowed to drive through the complex with loud music. People hang out in large numbers around apartments that are not theirs and yelling is a common form of communication at all hours of the night. Outdoor lighting is terrible. Litter is rarely picked up around the dumpster and all over the complex. Mentally unstable people and people with warrants and on probation are allowed to live here under this management. The apartments are older but decent and moderately priced and are in a decent neighborhood. However, the people allowed to live here are not so much. This could be a nice place if people were screened better by management. Don't live here unless you are 200% sure Royale Management is no longer in charge.
