I lived here for two years and in those two years there's been at least 8 different property managers. Of which, don't know the residents, I couldn't take the time to get to know them because it was always someone new! Maintenance is a joke. I called in a work order for my toilet because it took forever to refill. Four weeks went by and no one came. I called it in again. And went in person to file it. I had my parents call and chew them out. They responded that it wasn't priority because there were two toilets in the apartment. FINALLY maintenance showed up, looked at it and said it needs a new part. AND NEVER REPLACED IT. so a month goes by with my toilet still not working properly. At this point I'm trying to fix it myself. Maintenance comes by AGAIN and it's the same guy and he looks at it and does something and then says it's done. It still never worked right. But I decided to not even try anymore with it. I went four months with my kitchen lights out because it was easier to cook and eat in the dark than calling in a work order to get something fixed. Also my apartment building of eight units was completely empty aside from my unit for the entire first year. Two of the units they've been trying to repair and turn around to get new tenants in for the past two years. Highly doubt it's ever gonna get fixed.
