I have lived in the loft section for 13 months and renewed my lease. It has been good and bad but unfortunately the bad far outweighed the good. I have had 5 separate leaks since moving into my loft. All at the same spot. They were always quick to respond and I honestly believed they had fixed the issue each time which is why I renewed. Since August 1st (it's now Sept 1) I've had to keep pots on my bedroom floor to catch water. And move all the furniture to the side. It's leaked numerous times this month. The ceiling has a hole they cut. And places where drywall hangs down. It looks like a disaster. While responsive the leasing teams hand made are tied by the ownership group and so far nothing has been done to make up for the ridiculousness of the situation. I reached out direct myself today and 3 plus hours later I haven't even gotten an acknowledgement of my email. If you get a good unit it's a 5 star location but there is no way to know until you move in. Now the good because I do love the community here. Amazing apartments and views. They put in marble countertops with only a minimal bump on my rent. The pool and spa are amazing. Dog friendly. And every single neighbor I've met is nice. I moved to NBTX a year ago and knew no one and this honestly became my home. The office folks are amazing and not only handle my issues but even pointed me in the right directions for food, beverages, etc in town. I will gladly update my review when the this is addressed by the management company.
