Channell, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. We are always looking for ways to improve our services so we appreciate your honest feedback. We put the valet trash service info in the welcome folder given to all residents at move out. This outlines the collection hours of 6PM-8PM, valet guidelines, and the company contact information. We would like to know any time your trash is missed, so we can contact the vendor on your behalf and address the issue immediately. We are in no way affiliated or managed by Kushner in Baltimore. What amenities do you not feel are taken care of? We want to know specifics so we can address the situation promptly. In reference to the trash, we do have 20 dumpsters available for resident usage at all times as well as provide free valet trash service five evenings a week. These valet trash hours are Sunday-Thursday from 6:00PM-8:00PM. If you witness anyone not following the trash policies and sitting trash out outside the valet collections days/hours please alert our office, so we can correct the issue. We are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience at 8500 Harwood, so thank you for providing your honest feedback. We do enforce the community policies and outline these policies with full transparency to each of our residents in the TAA Lease Contract. The only reason your rent increased is because you chose to renew the lease contract at a higher rental rate effective July 2018. Thank you for your feedback We are happy to hear that you love your apartment floor plan, location, and the value you get for the affordable rent pricing. We encourage any and all criminal activity to be reported to the local authorities so they can increase their presence in the area. We try to keep all four community pools open daily throughout the summer season, but need community participation in reporting unsupervised minors damaging the safety equipment. We cannot open pools that have damaged/missing safety equipment (ropes, life rings, etc) or have broken glass from prohibited glass bottles being brought into the pool area.
