The customer service was my nightmare! Nobody respond on my requests. The roach problem, is absolutley unreal. The water smells like sewage, the toilet water will not go down when flushed. And during the summer the roaches were ridiculous. Every morning I wake up and go into the kitchen, there are tiny roaches crawling all over the sink.They are also in the bathroom and the bedroom.
