I have good experiences living here overall and more so until the last few months when the access gates to the building stopped working and this has not be corrected. The other issue which is discouraging is the lack of landscaping on the side of the building I live - in particular between the patios. There is only dirt - no plant material at all. This is not good because of the guys with leaf blowers that come by weekly and blow the dirt and dead leaves from that area directly on to my patio. I have furniture and potted plants which make it difficult to sweep so my patio looks dirty and I track leaves and dirt in after the lawn care people have been by and it stays dirty much of the time.

My experience living at the Venue at Hometown has been good. The environment is friendly and professional. The responses to my requests have all been timely. The location is very convenient to stores and restaurants and many other community amenities. It has been a good experience. I like living here.
