Waterford on the Green was my home for over 5 yrs. The reason I moved out was that I had purchased a home. If something was to happen where I wasn't able to live in my home (fire, tornado, etc), Waterford on the Green would definitely be on my list of options for a place to live. The best thing about WOTG is that I had great neighbors!!!!! If I was to combine all the previous 20 yrs of living in apartments, the neighbors I had a WOTG far surpass the previous experiences. Additionally, I felt safe and routinely walked my dog morning and night and even in the middle of the night without a problem. If I did see something suspicious the NRHPD was wonderful at quickly checking out what was going on, again far surpassing the experiences I've had with all the other police departments I've had experience with in the past.
Additionally, one of the best things the property management company ever did was hire Leslie, whom I believe is now the assistant manager. She does a great job for the company as well as for the residents. She is excellent at treating each situation as how she would want to be treated as a resident, yet still satisfies the interests of the company that she is working for.
