Staff is friendly, I've lived here for over 3 years and I honestly have always been good in my rent payments never late because I was Thought to be responsible with my stuff, However I had a family loss at the beginning of this year and I was scared to even discuss this with the office staff thinking they weren't gonna help me. Turns out That the assistant not only helped me with a payment plan but also she comfort me with such nice words I can even explain without feeling happy.
