Overall = Bad. I regret staying and paying for this place
This is suppose to be a "luxury" apartment, but we have no trash services. If you live on the second or third floor and leave trash outside the night before, you wil get a $25 fine. Other lux ury apartments have trash valets, we don't here. If you have a dog make sure they don't put you in a carpeted unit b/c when I moved out I was hit with TONS of fees! (~$800) They will try to milk you with as many fees as possible the month or two following your move out date. Also keep track of your admin fees and all deposits, when they calculate your move out cost these are suppose to help pay for carpeting. I paid a 600 dog deposit but they only wrote down that it was 200. Misc deposits of 250 I paid they only wrote down 50...be careful with these sneaky people. I had a hole in the boards in my kitchen for over 12 months living there...had 2 work orders by phone on it. It was not fixed ever. When I moved in 16 months ago faucet handles were broken. Diswasher constantly leaked (they kept repairing but won't replace) so I ended up hand washing everything. Many little things around the unit were not screwed on correctly and I had to get friends to help fix cabinets, toilet paper holders, etc. If you want to get what you paid for this is definitely not it. You are paying for a Galleria/River Oaks price apt and getting not only bad service but also a horrible location. Don't be fooled like me to move in here just because they say "Luxury". It's definitely not.Share This Review
