If you enjoy overpaying for rats, mold, and a shrew of an office manager
If you enjoy overpaying for rats, mold, and a shrew of an office manager... Then Link at Plano is just for you. -Elevator is always broken... -Gate to parking garage works, then doesn't, then works, then doesn't... (but who needs security, right?) -Rats meandering theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Avoid at all costs
The office staff will find any way to get more money out of you, the cheap apartment units are all a facade filled with mold, rats, and the disdain of Angie M. Literally go anywhere else that's more expensive, you'll be paying the same priceā¦Ā See More >anonymous

This community has been wonderful! The apartment is worth the price and the food district and access to public transportation has been very fun for us to try new things. We are very happy to have had K station as our first apartment!

The apartments are kept in good condition and the location is optimal. One thing that was frustrating though was the communication w/ the office staff, they were hard to get ahold of, but in the end everything worked out well.
