The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Anonymous, We appreciate this feedback and would love to circle back with you to make sure these concerns have been addressed but we have no way to contact you since the review is anonymous. We believe many of your concerns have been taken care of, but we encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] to confirm. Our new valet trash company has been a big improvement. They alert us to violators of the trash pickup policy and we can send out lease violations based on that. The gates are currently working and we have an active bid out to replace some of the ones that have recently been inoperable. Our staff has done a recent light check of the property and replaced any bulbs that are out. There have been some plumbing upgrades recently and when the water is turned off we inform via text and email in advance. As far as the balconies and AC filters, if you could just let us know when you see these issues we can address. Sincerely, Windhaven Ownership

Dear Anonymous, Since new ownership took over to start 2018 we have changed our valet trash vendor, added an additional dumpster, added a camera at the dumpster to make sure people don't leave large items outside of it.
