The application and move in was smooth and quick. I love amenities the apartment has to offer. I have had a few service request and the maintenance crew was able to quickly fix them. I moved in during fall so I haven't had to much interaction with neighbors due to cold weather but so far everyone has been great. Well kept landscape is very appealing and I love the gated community.
