Overall, the only thing I like about this complex is the area, other than that, not much. The noise level between apartments is extremely loud and frustrating, the hallways are filthy and the trash room is always backed up and disgusting on the weekends. The quality of the unit itself is below average. It is not what is expected when the rent is this high. Also, the longer you live in the complex, the more you pay, there is no loyalty to current residents. As far as the amenities, the gym is very small, the TV's are not conveniently placed if you are on treadmills, and every single previous complex I have lived at has had a nice cappuccino machine, for 24/7 access. There is really nothing here. You just pay a lot of money for basic living conditions.

The location is convenient, and the surrounding area is nice. But there are multiple issues. I have lived in many apartments and this one is by far the worst when you take into consideration the cost of living here. -Units are not what I would expect from a relatively new complex. Many things were falling apart very early on into my lease, and constant bug issues. -The amount you hear from your neighbors is very annoying, the walls are SUPER thin. -An odd thing that makes no sense to me is the living room windows do not open, and I do not want to have to leave my patio door open, so it is impossible to get some fresh air unless I sit in my bedroom with the window open. -If you have any guests or food delivery, they have to get out of their car to go to the call box, because it's not on the driver side, like every other complex I've ever been at is. - Another issue I have faced is that every apt I have lived at, if I needed something fixed, or if they had to do an inspection, they would work with you (if requested), and would give you a time frame. At this complex, they tell you the days the inspection will happen, and cannot tell you which day, or time yours will be inspected. So if you work from home, you pretty much have to put all your meetings on hold because you have no idea when they will be coming by. Not to mention, one person who did the inspection a couple of weeks ago was not even wearing a mask when he entered my unit, while the other did wear a mask. -They charge the most for trash out of the other complexes in the area, yet, the trash rooms are beyond disgusting on the weekends, where trash is literally overflowing into the hallways, and the trash chute is always open which I would think would be some sort of health concern for the residents. -While friends of mine in the area did not have price increases for rent, a few residents have told me they increased everything here, rent, pet rent, and terminating your lease early went way up. I found that to be incredibly disrespectful when so many people are struggling due to COVID causing a lot of financial issues on people. The complex seems to focus a lot on making the lobby and office area nice, but that is about it. Communication is horrible, you have to email multiple times sometimes to get a response. If the rent was not as high as it is, I would say its okay for the price. I will say the maintenance employees have always been helpful, management not so much. In my opinion, living in apartments for 15 years, I would not recommend this complex.

The Cityline area is nice, so it's a great location. There is a nice pool and amenities are decent. But there are a number of cons. The visitor box is located on the passenger side of the car, so our guests have to get out of car to use it, which kind of defeats the purpose. We don't get messages when packages are in package room, only if they get placed in lockers. The tv In the gym is positioned in such a way that if you are on treadmill you have to completely turn your head to see it. People drive super fast in parking garage, typically on wrong side too, so every time I drive in the garage I fear that I will get hit. Also, walls are extremely thin. So it can get really annoying, and also the quality of the unit itself seems to be pretty cheap so I feel like the rent is high for what you get. Not sure if all apartments in the area have similar issues.

Do not live here if you have children or actually want to sleep at night. I've lived in apts for many years. Never have walls been this thin. The amount you pay here is ridiculous. The walls here are insanely thin. I can hear my neighbors full conversations. If I had a child here I would be horrified to what they would have to hear. At night I can hear my neighbors headboard banging against my wall. It wakes me up at 2 am often, and I have to get up early to get to work. The hallways get extremely bad during rain because they don't have mats in the garage for people to wipe their feet on. Multiple times my friends children have almost fell, I emailed the apts to tell them this, and they ignored me each time. They put on a great show when they show you the complex, but it's bs. I asked about wall thinness and they said it's concrete, that's a lie. I can hear the person upstairs going to the bathroom. The TVs on the gym equipment don't work, they are always out of towels. When I first moved in the fridge had soda and water for residents, that has been gone for over a year. Everything about how they built this complex makes no sense to me. You walk out one door, but can't use your fob to get back in, you have to go around to a different door. The parking garage has no security cameras, and people drive around like they are on a racetrack. I have almost got hit multiple times, I emailed the apts and no response. I can't wait to get out of here.
