The short of the story is that while moving out I left for a week with a few things (xbox one, personal documents, and others) in the apartment. Came back to find that every thing had been went through and quite a few things taken. Maintenance was told that after I moved that anything left they could have. So they took it upon themselves to go in and take things that where not left for them. When the office staff was notified there did not seem to be a big concern. The majority of the items where shipped to me with some of the items broken. They also felt as if an apology was the only way to make the situation right. For the price and other issues, I would definitely look somewhere else. Be careful when you read the reviews as a lot of them are correct.
