RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!! I lived there and was never late on my rent and never caused any problems. We did move out early, but paid the amount to break the lease. Since then they have placed the amount on our credit report. When we moved in, it took eight different maintenance tickets to repair what should have been working prior to moving in a new resident. Now here is the craziest part, the maintenance man lived in my apartment just before I moved in! Please find an apartment complex that will appreciate you!
