Hello Jubril – Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We want to sincerely apologize for this experience and confusion you encountered with the towing company. Authorization from our Community Director, Brooke, is not needed when a resident requests a vehicle to be towed from their rented carport. Brooke was out of town when this incident occurred, which is why she was unable to answer the phone, and clear up this misunderstanding. Brooke has already called the towing company to remind them of our policy so this does not happen in the future. I know Brooke plans to call you personally to discuss this incident and apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to utilize your parking spot that evening. We are purchasing new grills and working on repairs to the restrooms. We hope to complete both projects as soon as possible! I can assure you that the pool is clean, because of the plaster used the water color appears darker, but it is sanitary.
