Authorization from our Community Director, Brooke, is not needed when a resident requests a vehicle to be towed from their rented carport. Brooke was out of town when this incident occurred, which is why she was unable to answer the phone, and clear up this misunderstanding. Brooke has already called the towing company to remind them of our policy so this does not happen in the future. I know Brooke plans to call you personally to discuss this incident and apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to utilize your parking spot that evening.
