When we first moved In June 2014 the apartments looked good, the gates worked except the back one which stayed open, the pool was open and kept up, the office managers and staff were very friendly and attentive. Within 6 months the apartments went under new management almost all of the gates broke and stayed broken until we moved out several months later, they never cleaned the outside of the apartments which had food and stains all over the concrete the buildings have white striped of paint for touch ups I assume that they never repainted the correct color of the buildings. The management never answers the phone, they are very unorganized and constantly changing policies and changing just what they had told you the day before, so if you speak to anyone make sure you get it in writing because they'll change what they said the next day. The management walked into our apartment unannounced, didn't even knock, just unlocked the door and walked in my husband was sitting on the couch and thought it was me until he saw two girls hurry and shut the door and pretend like they didn't do it. Then they claimed they didn't know someone lived there yet we had been there for at least 6 months and always paid rent on time. They are very rude and unprofessional. The pool was constantly dirty. All the management would tell me is that good changes were in store and they had all this great stuff planned to be done to the buildings and pool over the next year but the entire time all I experienced was problems with the staff and the entire facility. Our neighbor and I had a flee infestation that they only got someone to come out one time to spray and then that was it so we had to spray ourselves to try to contain the problem. I would never reccomend anyone to even consider staying here. As of right now I've called several times the past week to speak to any one in the office and left several different voicemails attempting to see when I will be getting my security and pet deposit back which i was told my walk through was excellent, no one has called me back or answered and I moved 7 hours away so I am unable to go into the office to speak to someone in person. This is by far the worst experience I've had with any company and I will not ever do business with them again, and I will also avoid doing business with the management company alliance who recently took over.
