The best thing about the complex is the Maintenance Staff they get things fixed right away, I love the layout of my apartment and for the area the price is fair. Over the years I become more and more disappointed with the office staff; they NEVER answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. The valet trash service is a mess, and I think that it is ridiculous that they will charge you $75.00 if you leave your trash container outside, come on let's be reasonable I put it outside after 6pm and if I leave my house at 6:30am and forget to put it back you are going to charge me $75.00. The parking is beyond horrible, I have come home late countless times and not able to park my car; when I have visitors over there is no place for them to park. As a resident if I park in visitor parking I will get towed is stupid, if I park in front of a garage that I pay extra for I will get towed, if I park outside the gate in front of the office during business hours I will get towed. The visitor call box was broken for months, and the office staff told me that I could just walk to the gate and open it for my guest. The fitness center was HORRIBLE for years. The pool has often been closed. And again I can't stress enough how bad the customer service is from the office staff.
