So the manager & assistant manager have been give us the run around about the peoples upstairs and all the noise they make and now they want act like nothing is wrong and like we are lie about all the noise they're make they just don't want say anything to the people upstair cause of there races well what about are right as residents don't we have a say enough is enough we're tired of completed and not been heard . Stop lie to us and just give us answer ? Or a way out i wouldn't recommend these apt to friend
