If I can give zero stars, I would. The staff started out very nice and my husband and I decided to lease a three-bedroom apartment and paid the rent since June 10. We couldn't arrive at Houston until June 22 and our surprise was enormous. After a trip of 12 hours from our last place, the apartment was not ready and very dirty, dust in the ceiling fans, lack of light bulbs in the bathroom, the showers clogged with hair. The cabinets of the kitchen with old food and termites and the floor was dirty. The staff was unprofessional and suggested to us that we could sign the 30 days notice to leave the apartment. At that moment my husband and I decided to look for another apartment and lucky we found a good apartment with good conditions. I don't recommend any people to lease in that place. Do not waste your time or money.
