The apartments are fine, nothing special, not too bad. The staff and corporate is a different story. Under my contract, and unknown to me since I didn't read my contract, I had to give them a 60 day written notice before leaving the apartments. We had called them many times asking about renewal prices, which they wanted to increase from $1,250 to $1,440, and they clearly knew we were leaving but nobody mentioned that we had to provide a 60 days written notice. So about a month before my lease ends I go by the office to tell them in person and then they mention it and ask for a written 60 days notice. I had to pay an extra month, at $1,560, after I moved out. Neither the staff or corporate was friendly or helpful in this matter. I would recommend the apartments across the street, they have more upgrades, same floor plans, and much better rating.
