Dear Future Residents:
Appearance seems to only matter to management when it's inspection time. Safety is the worst. I found out a person was killed here, cars and personal belongings get vandalized or broken into, children are unwatched and ride their bicycles in the streets. I have attached a picture of bath water which proves how they maintain the apartment complex. They do not send out notifications when they turn off your water. There was one time I didn't have water for two days and no one notified anyone. I had to call into the office to see when I would have working water. Maintenance is very nice and helpful. They always fix problems immediately. If there's ever a complaint from anyone about them, it's probably because management failed to communicate the problems. I informed management about a few things that needed to be fixed when I first moved in and nothing was ever fixed. I absolutely hate going into to the office due to rudeness by head management. I expect common courtesy when it comes to the office staff. So, if I ever need anything I just go through Liz by email or phone. She is helpful and nice every time I speak to her. If you ever have to go to the regional (lady) manager, forget about it. She is rude, snobby and has even cussed people. Professionalism is very important to me and people, as well as Tarantino President, need to be aware of how residents are treated and undervalued. It doesn't matter if a person is on housing or not. We are all equal.
