Enclave at La Frontera

Okay, so the apartment itself it big, spacious and good for the amount that you are paying. You have covered parking, and your in a pretty central area to everything, BUT who wants to live in a place where the front office is unbearable to communicate with. <br>Take a moment to look at the other reviews/complaints, the majority are all about the management team since 2003!<br><br>I called to tell them that there was a puddle on my floor, it took them 1 month to check it out! By then it was the fridge and they had to pull up all my tile! They layed down new tile, but it was the wrong color. NO compensation.<br><br>I called about a maintanence man that trims the hedges every Sunday at 8:00AM with something that sounded like a chainsaw! <br><br>I called about a maintanence man repairing the concrete on the jacuzzi at 9 in the morning! <br><br>Packages and rent were lost and then Found!<br>Front desk doesn't return phone calls and if you try to make an appearance, you will literally stand there without being notice!<br><br>I should have noticed a problem the day we signed the lease, when they said that they were closing and "she" had to be somewhere so couldn't show us the property! <br><br>DO NOT SIGN UP HERE until they get new management!
