I've been at this community since it first opened. I love the neighborhood and convenience of the location. Amenities of the community are great! The pool is like a resort hotel. The gym is amazing and I love being able to rent the movie theater. That's something that always impresses my guests. I wish the upkeep of the community was better. It has really fallen off over the past year or so. Shrubbery is not manicured and grows out of control. Mulch has not been laid in over a year, leaving exposed irrigation hoses. It's an eyesore that I wouldn't expect to deal with in this area and considering the amount of rent.

    Complex is not clean. Key fobs for doors only work half the time. It is a smoke free environment but nothing is done to stop the smoking. The buildings were cheaply made and there are already several repairs and issues in each apartment that need to be addressed but the complex will not take responsibility. They charge you for pest control yet in my three years here I have never seen anyone spraying for bugs yet there are bugs in the halls constantly. There are no security cameras outside of the buildings making it feel unsafe. The front office staff is not friendly nor do they provide any sort of help when you have an issue. When they built the complex, the package system was put in so you had a locker that all packages could be delivered too which was convenient and helped minimize stuff being stolen outside your door. The complex didn't want to pay for the service anymore so now you either run the risk of stuff being left at your door to get taken.       My husband and I moved here last year and we have absolutely loved it so far! The only thing that is sometimes an issue is the elevator going out. We have a 6 month old baby that we have to carry up the stairs to the 4th floor which is hard. But other than that, we love it!

        It is a dog friendly community which I love. The property is kept clean. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved. I live in a quiet building. I love quiet in my home setting. The gym is really nice and accessible.

          Good location. Nice size units. neighbors are friendly. Office personnel isn't very friendly, doesn't respond to email requests. Garages and reserved parking are pricey. Animal restrictions aren't upheld by property management. The software they use for paying rent includes an additional fee of $50+ to the rent every month that was a surprise.

            Leasing team worked great with us in assessing our needs as well as giving us a thorough tour. The staffs and maintenance staffs are polite and helpful. Very prompt in requests! Love this area and community.

              I love my apartment and the staff does a great job. I have been in property management 52 years and the only con is universal....a handfull of residents just don't care about the property. And unfortunately it will always be that way ??

                Staff is very attentive but residents are still loud and disrespectful to the property. Maintenance seems to be trying their best to keep up. My biggest concerns are the loud music and screaming coming from the pool at all hours. I think we need a security person to walk the pool area this season.

                  I have mixed feelings about this community. At first it was great, everything was clean and taken care of, there were package lockers, the keys and keypads worked and I felt very safe and the staff was friendly, and the rent was reasonable and appropriately priced, and so were the amenities. Recently the hallways are disgusting and never look or smell clean, people constantly smoke weed and cigarettes which the smell comes into my apartment, even though it's supposed to be a nonsmoking community-the main reason I moved here. The keypads to my building never work, I've had to get 4 new key fobs and the door closest to my unit still doesn't work so I have to walk all the way around. The police had to be called for domestic violence be situation in the unit next to mine multiple times which made me feel very unsafe. Rent has gone up so high in the 3 years I've been here that I can really not afford it but I'm stuck because I'm locked into a contract.                     So far it has been great. There have been some issues in the beginning with my apartment, but were always almost immediately solved by maintenance. Amenities are great. The community here isn't the best though. People leave trash around. Most of the time the elevator is dirty. They don't pick up after their dog's business from the grass. The smell of marijuana in the air. It has been shocking to witness the level of uncleanliness people have here. If this keeps up, the quality of these apartments will drastically drop. Perhaps there needs to be stricter requirements for one to lease an apartment at the Linz.

                      I would not recommend Linz at The Station apartments. It's a lovely looking property at a glance with nice floor plans but it is not as it appears. It was cheaply constructed so high electric bills trying to cool/heat, hearing your neighbors conversations, music/TV, smells, etc. It can be maddening. The property itself is quite dirty. Dog waste can literally sit for weeks inside the hallways by the elevators/staircases. Elevator floors are dirty, sticky most days. Every 3-4 weeks elevators & staircases are mopped. The hallway my apartment is on has literally been vacuumed one time in the 6mos I've lived there. Then, the room the trash chute is in, can sometimes sit for days full of trash making the hallways smell like rotting trash. I am a dog lover & have one myself, with that being said the complex has multiple areas outside that have trashcans with "doggy poop pouches" to clean up after your dog.                       You do not wanna live here

                      Most of these reviews seem so have been bought so here is an honest and lengthy review from our experience living here the past 2 years. We resided at this complex since it opened and just recently moved 2 years later. I will say, it was lovely when they first opened. The halls were vacuumed weekly, and the stairwells were cleaned weekly as well. That all came to an end when they changed management. The cleaning stopped and in the past year I can tell you those halls/stairwells have only been cleaned one time. The elevator in building 1 is constantly down, and or filled with dog pee that no one ever comes to clean. I was leaving one day with my 6 month old and my 7 year old niece and came across 4 young men smoking weed in the stairwell, after reporting it nothing was ever done about it because the cameras in the stairwell don’t work. And they continued to smoke there because there were always ashes and buds left on the ground.                         My husband and I have really enjoyed our time at Linz. I have lived in many apartments and Linz is definitely up there as one of my favorites. The office has always been very kind and considerate. Work orders get taken care of quickly.

                          Rats

                          Rats. Beware. See photos for how my apartment looked when I moved in. Beautiful unit, but I was welcomed in by a rat the second day I was moving my stuff in - no food bought, no trash created yet, nothing. My unit had holes that hadnt been sealed up. Please look elsewhere for the real reviews on this complex. Theres multiple reviews there about rodents and the dirtiness of this complex. The current available units have been open for 3 months (when I signed my lease) and theyre still there - probably due to this. I wouldnt suggest moving here. Even after catching the rat myself since pest control didnt they still didn’t compensate for my issue. None of your problems will get resolved. And of course, dont believe their automated response to this review - theyve done nothing to help solve this situation besides offer a cleaner to clean my unit, then my apartment flooded the next week and damaged all of my items in my closet. Now I will be anticipating more rats, floods, and no help for the rest of my lease. :)

                          At the beginning of my stay, I love the apartment and the first management team. i've noticed that it has become very dirty and unsanitary within the hallways. The building does not get cleaned. For example, in my hallway there's a piece of candy that's been there for three months. whenever you call the leasing office for help or you need something, they never seem to answer. Coffee machine is always broken and it seems like there's no rush to fix it. Multiple elevator issues on the regular. There is poop all over the property. Definitely not worth the hundred dollar rent increase and for these reasons I will not be renewing at the property at the end of my current lease. The icemaker for my fridge has not been working for a very long time I'm talking months, the maintenance team orders part. And I as the resident have to call in and follow up to get it scheduled for them to come and fix it after months of waiting they come to fix it and it's still not working. At this point I'm just over it.

                              In my year 1 1/2 living at the Linz at the Station Apartments. I find that the star is caring, friendly and considerate. The surrounding community is quiet and appears to be safe. The complex is very well manicured and has great curbside appeal. In my opinion, the rent is affordable, if you don't have a need to pay for additional storage or have need for a personal garage. My only issue is the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors conversation and or dog barking as if it was in your apartment unit. In addition, the pipes knock inside the walls of the main restroom and kitchen in the building i live in. Otherwise, it's a great apartment community to live in.

                                  Overall my experience is good. There's been different managements so that has been a downside because things would randomly change, like how the cinema room is ran and pool rules. The valet trash fee of $30 is one of the bigger let downs as we are already charged the trash feed and I'm sure most of the residents including myself do not use the valet trash as the trash rooms are not far at all so if anything, we should be able to have the choice to take that off, especially for not using it. The wall of the apartments or thinner than other apartments I've been to, but thankfully most people aren't too noisy. As far as the design of the apartment, I think they are great. The washer and dryer is great. The only complaint I really have about the apartment would be the type of walls they have, there are some type of Matte that is easily stained with water and what not and probably cannot be painted over easily or cleaned if you trip and spill something whereas a glossy finish you're able to wipe something off of the wall if something is spilled.

                                      Linz at the station is a great community, it is quiet and clean and located in a convenient area where your local stores are 10-15 mins away. The maintenance team is great and effective which I really enjoy. It's awesome to have a community that feels safe and homey.

                                        The residents that live here are decent. Except nobody picks up after their dogs outside. Management sucks and I would not recommend. They continuously raise rent and additional fees a ridiculous amount every year.

A great place to relax and unwind. - Conference Rooms: Especially beneficial for those working from home. The ambiance and facilities make it a pleasure to use.                                             Overall a great complex with excellent maintenance and office personnel. Whenever I've reported an issue, they promptly address it. I would ask that they add security cameras through out the complex and parking lot. Covered parking would also be nice. The swimming pool tends to get overrun by non residents with nothing being done to prevent it. The dog park is nice, but people tend to not pick up after their animal. There is a camera in the dog park. I wish the complex would fine residents who don't pick up after their pet. The landscape company hasn't maintained many of the trees around the complex as some are dying or have died. When I moved in in 2022 they stocked the mini fridges in the main building with drinks, candy and mini cookies at the coffee bar. Now there is nothing.

                                              Nice community but have asked several Times to have name added to call box. Also issues with foundation in building 2 as well as one of the doors don't lock and anyone can access the building. Also when it has been bad icy weather the parking lots and walk area were never treated to ensure residents would have any issues coming or going the complex.
