I loved this place. All the college students there are very friendly, and if there's a problem, the manager will usually fix it himself, very quickly.

I'll admit, there's a bit of partying at times, but it never gets out of hand.

It's right next to a Skinny's, really convenient for a beer run or if you want to grab something quick to eat or drink.

I've never had a problem with safety. The complex does look a bit old and a bit unappealing, but don't let that fool you. The interior is very well-kept and the fixtures and pipes and all are in very good condition.

Like I said, the neighbors are all very friendly. I'd definitely recommend moving here if you are going to ASU. I guarantee you'll meet a bunch of fun people here. I loved it.

One con is that the waiting list to get in is forever and a day. I actually subleased after one person graduated. A lot of people I know actually share a 1-bedroom. It looks a little crowded with two twin beds in the room, but it works.

Overall a wonderful experience.
