I totally thought that I was alone, but unfortunately its not all in my head. I have lived here since January and it has been pretty terrible out the gate. It is very true what the others have posted in regards to the unprofessionalism and disrespect. They are very untimely and show little regard for the tenants rights. I sad to say I am a current resident, but if you all are truly as miserable as you say, you MUST DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT!!! Each time you make a service call ask for a copy, send a certified letter to the management, keep times dates, who you spoke to and what was said. We have power in numbers and rights to be heard and treated well. We pay rent here for goodness sake, so I urge you not to just vent on here but to take action and write the big wigs at Franklin Management. Also please visit the Texas tenant association website....google your rights people! Oh and for the record I think Beatrice has always been very kind.
