Roaches have been a huge deal since we moved in. All MGMT does is send pest control to spray and that has not helped at all. Poor communication and service overall. Loud parties/neighbors. Dumpster is always over filled. Cannot wait to move out.

Dear Anonmous, I am not sure if you are mistaking Hillstone at Prue Road for another property as our gates have been properly working since we took over the property in June of 2016. If you are in need of pest control contact the office so we can schedule to have your apartment treated on Fridays. We pride ourselves in cutomer service and being rude is never our intentions. Dear Cat0611, We are very sorry to hear that your experience at Hillstone at Prue was so bad. We took over the property in June 2016 and are making lots of changes. Although the compactor can not be changed the maintenance staff is constantly going past to make sure all trash is inside. The pool has been cleaned and serviced daily and has been sparkling since we got here. Our maintenance staff is also HVAC certified and takes pride in completing his service request no longer than three days after them being called in. Again we are very sorry that you had to go through all this. We would like to invite you to come back, see the changes and give us a chance to make you Happy at Hillstone at Prue Road. Dear Blarirbball3, We are very sorry that your experience at Hillstone at Prue Road was a negative one. We took over the property in June and are making many improvements. Our lease agreements are 6-12 months and everyone including the person(s) moving in are in agreement of the terms. We go over the contract with everyone at move in. We totally understand that the pool can get loud during the summer we have gone to a pool pass system to make sure only residents and 2 of their guests are at the pool. This enables the courtesy patrol to remove anyone that is at the pool after 10pm. No DJ's are aloud at the pool unless it is a party for ALL residents that is sponsored by the office. Our understanding was that there was a pest issue and this has been overcome by the pest control and treatments inside and out of apartments. We would like to invite your to move back to Hillstone at Prue and enjoy the new management team. If you would like to discuss any other issues feel free to email me at [email protected]
