I lived here for a little over 2 years. They are nothing special and nothing great. The rent is pretty responsible, so remember that saying "you get what you pay for". That holds true here. The pool area is a joke compared to even some of the lower end apartments I have lived at. It is so small, almost like they forgot to put a pool in and at the last minute found the smallest piece of available landscaping to put one in. They do offer trash pick-up two days out of the week, which is great unless you need to go throw trash out, in that case you need to walk all the way to the front of the complex, since they only have one trash receptacle. The fitness center is also very basic and SMALL. I found out much later that an individual person owns this complex I believe, which makes sense because everything is so very poorly made. The cheap tile in the kitchen/restroom/entrance. The carpet is very thin and has lumps. The air conditioners are way to small for the size of the apartment. I always had to thump my thermostat inside so it would turn on and it seemed it was always freezing on me even though I kept the temp at 75 degrees or higher. There are sooooo many stray cats, and I mean many!! The front office is okay, although I made it my life long mission to stay away from one particular leasing person. She is an older "blonde" woman with glasses, she will cut you off in a heart beat if you are about to complain about something. I heard her yelling at one of my neighbors once from her golf cart " you should have thought about the size of that dog before you got it, you can't stay her much longer". All in all, if this is the last resort place and you just can't find anything else, sure go ahead a rent here, but you have been warned.
