Can you beat the deal?
I noticed that someone wrote about paper thin walls...not really an issue. I can hear neighbors above me running around every now and then, but how can you really prevent that noise? The parking is great. I have several friends in other complexes and even going to another property for a night is hellish compared to the parking at Alta Stone Oak. I never have to drive more than 5 spots away from my own front door. The parking spots are all good size too. I guess the writer of the other comment must have been driving a monster truck. My car never looks squished between other vehicles. The quality of the buildings is a little low, and a huge issue is the sliding door. The plaster around the door was done with poor quality and the frame is actually peeling off all of the plaster around it. The door is way too heavy and the frame cannot support it. The rest of the apartment seems to be in good condition. If anyone needs a place, don't make your decision without checking out Alta Stone Oak. Great bang for your buck. Where else can you get almost 1200 square feet for under $900 a month? Plus, you're in the most affluent and flourishing part of San Antonio. Other than some shoddy craftsmanship, there is nothing to complain about, and the office staff stays on top of everything. Great place overall.Share This Review
