Contour Place Apartments

I m a Trinity student who really enjoys living here. I highly recommend it to other trinity students. Close to campus and the Quarry. I had one or two maintenance problems during my first month here, but I was really impressed about how quickly they fixed the problems (Hector is awesome). So much better than Physical Plant at Trinity! No maintenance problems since. The staff is great. The manager is a very sweet lady and knows who I am (as she does all residents). It s a small complex, so they really do get to know you.

The pool is well maintained and the hot tub has always worked since I ve been here. The siding has, or is, being replaced on all buildings and new paint too. My building was done before I moved in and the building next to mine was done right after I moved in. Even though they were hammering right next door, I wasn t really bothered because the apartments seem to be well insulated from sound. They are quiet and I ve never heard any of my neighbors through the walls. You appreciate it when you re studying. Also, I like the other tenants here! Several other Trinity students live here too.

I was helping my boyfriend look for an apartment in the medical district so I brought up Contour s reviews for comparison. I read all the other reviews before mine and I can say that the good ones are accurate and the bad ones look like lies because I ve never seen any of the stuff they talk about. I like living here so much that I thought I needed to write about my experience here to discredit the bad reviews.

Final note: I don t like the washers and dryers in the laundry room because they are a little harsh on your cloths and wear them out fast. Since all the apartments have washer/dryer hook ups, I recommend renting or buying a set. It will probably save you money in the long run anyway. If you don t like that, you could have your laundry done at wash and fold right down the street.
