The experience has been great so far. The front office staff have been nothing short of friendly, accommodating, and helpful whenever needed. Staff are great about informing tenants of apt updates. Friendly neighborhood and atmosphere.

So far everything is going good. However, recently I put in maintenance requests and they were cancelled without rhyme or reason. The parking situation is a bit silly also. What if someone has a rental car and can't park because they don't have a permit?

It has not been good. I was harassed by a law police while being dropped of by a friend. The staff is nice and helpful they really are. Now I wake up with construction noise almost everyday. This not a gated community.

I don’t want to seem like a pain in the --- but when you’re leasing a upgraded unit isn’t everything supposed to be upgraded and come completed at the time of signing the lease? Would you make front office aware or just sit back? I don’t want to seem as an issue when I just moved in, but if something is not right aren’t you supposed to speak up so the issue can be fixed?

I would tell them what isn't working. But once you do sign a lease they hand you a folder and in there, it has a list that you noticed that needs to be fixed or you see something with paint on it, stuff like that. But yes, everything is supposed to be working because the apartment went thru "make ready" but most of the time apartments are too lazy to want to fix it until the issue has been pressured on them.
