I have been a resident here since 2010. I have lived in multiple units, and seen 4 managers come and go from here. Kim was hands down the greatest their was. She helped me and my daughter when my husband died. I am now approaching my renewal and was asking to transfer to a new apt. I was told by the woman in the office, she doesn't know a Kim....and that to transfer it would be a $400 "admin fee" WHAAAT!?! I understand a new security deposit. But $400?!!!!? These apartments are old, the entire floor in my apt creaks, the air conditioner runs hot or cold, the foundation is cracking, the unit I live in now doesn't even have a pantry. And mind you I've been paying $925 a month. I am absolutely heart broken about having to leave this community that I've grown to love over the years, a lot of the residents here are like family to me. This new management company should be ashamed of themselves. And for new residents it is a $300 "admin fee" $75 app fee + security deposit. No wonder every resident in my building has moved out in the past month. I am so disgusted.
