The building I live in is rather quite the hallways are very dirty, the patio floors were suppose to have been painted 2 years ago and still not done floors look terrible and previous paint is peeling. Would I recommend this community my answer is NO not at this time but I will put in a good word for the maintenance department their great!

The removed the three recycling bins around the community for a single residence sized rolling bin that fills within hours of being emptied. Very difficult to get maintenance to do anything without complaining for weeks.

Trash pickup frequency needs to improve. Valet service nice, but more dumpster pickups needed to improve cleanliness of grounds and reduce wildlife eating garbage. Security needs to improve drastically. Personal property vandalized.

My experience with the ammenities and the staff have been great at these apartments so far. Tenants are usually quiet, maintenance generally does quick and efficient work, the new trash company picks up trash often, and the general maintenance of the apartments keep them looking presentable.

Overall I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking. It's not the best value but it's not the worst either. Office staff could be better and they tried to bill me for not having renters insurance when I clearly did.

You DON'T get what you pay for

I have lived here for the past year, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The rent is ridiculously high for what offered. Cars are frequently broken into, and apartments are often vandalized. When reporting these issues, some of the staff in the office are dismissive and unhelpful, making it even more frustrating to deal with these problems. Maintenance is also very slow to address service requests, which adds to the dissatisfaction. On top of that, the amenities are lacking. One of the gyms is so small and the other gym has very old, broken equipment that has not been updated or repaired in ages. For the price they are charging, I expected a much better living experience. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe and responsive community with decent

this place has gone downhill since i moved in. I have requested pest control 3 times and still not done. Exterior halls have not been cleaned in 4 years I have been there. It looks much different than when I moved in. Exterior painting started but never finished. Garage doors mismatched on color. garages open for weeks with junk car inside and was not closed or addressed until I reported it. Oil dripped from one floor on steps by maintenance, was reported by me weeks ago and never corrected. Just seems to be a lack of concern on management. I see the issues when I walk thru, why do they not.

Leasing office and maintenance team are very attentive and professional. Neighbors are mostly very good. There are a few recently that have been a bit noisy or inconsiderate with i.e. parking and picking up after their pets. My main concern is better vetting of tenants and enforcement of pet cleaning in the shared outdoor spaces.

I feel very disappointed in the facilities since the apartment I live in is infested with cockroaches and I haven't used the stove for a month because it is infested with cockroaches and it is very unpleasant to enter the kitchen and be careful not to step on the cockroaches that are next to it. around and have everything in boxes because I don't want to expose my things to cockroaches. watching the clock area of ??the stove how the cockroaches are doing inside there. We have been here seven years. We have seen many changes, especially in management. This property has so much potential unfortunately there is a lack of attention to detail when it comes to maintaining the property. There is so much trash, overflowing all of the time. There is no accountability for people keeping their dogs on leashes are picking up their dog waste. And as beautiful of a property, as this can be, it lacks curb appeal because there are broken, garages, and garages that are painted several different colors on one door. The gates are broken, a good percentage of the time, and the office does not communicate when they accept packages for the residence. I was just handed a package that was delivered here on February 28 and today is the middle of May. I would have had no idea to look in the office because we were never told that they were accepting packages again. Just a few examples.

Good community though we had problems with mail due to breakins to the mail center which is widespread in Central Texas. It took them a while to resolve that. Office staff are very attentive to residents's needs and resolve issues fairly quickly. I don't plan on moving out.
