There has been a lot of turnover with staff and management which can be frustrating for the residents. We are not informed when changes are happening. In June during the pandemic, one of the office personnel stole my wallet and credit cards and charged more than 2,000 in unauthorized charges at various stores. I try to get the manager, Taffin, to help me get my funds recovered and press charges against him the worker, his name was Patricia, but I felt she took a very casual approach to the whole situation and try to blame it on the fact that he the office worker came from a temporary agency. I was treated as though it was a non important issue. I still have not recovered my social security card and this occurred during the height of the pandemic. Taffin is gone now, but I was treated like I was a bother for bringing it to her attention and I was offered no compensation whatsoever.
