We have been here seven years. We have seen many changes, especially in management. This property has so much potential unfortunately there is a lack of attention to detail when it comes to maintaining the property. There is so much trash, overflowing all of the time. There is no accountability for people keeping their dogs on leashes are picking up their dog waste. And as beautiful of a property, as this can be, it lacks curb appeal because there are broken, garages, and garages that are painted several different colors on one door. The gates are broken, a good percentage of the time, and the office does not communicate when they accept packages for the residence. I was just handed a package that was delivered here on February 28 and today is the middle of May. I would have had no idea to look in the office because we were never told that they were accepting packages again. Just a few examples.

    We have a hard time getting management to respond to any inquiry or request. It's frustrating. Also there is a broken gate for 5 months and we don't feel safe with it broken. The trash situation is also bad.

      There has been a lot of turnover with staff and management which can be frustrating for the residents. We are not informed when changes are happening. In June during the pandemic, one of the office personnel stole my wallet and credit cards and charged more than 2,000 in unauthorized charges at various stores. I try to get the manager, Taffin, to help me get my funds recovered and press charges against him the worker, his name was Patricia, but I felt she took a very casual approach to the whole situation and try to blame it on the fact that he the office worker came from a temporary agency. I was treated as though it was a non important issue. I still have not recovered my social security card and this occurred during the height of the pandemic. Taffin is gone now, but I was treated like I was a bother for bringing it to her attention and I was offered no compensation whatsoever.
