Hi Steven, I am sorry to hear that you feel we did not anticipate your needs. We always want to ensure everyone's stay with us is an enjoyable one. I would be happy to discuss any concerns you may have. At move in, we go over our parking policies along with providing each resident a copy of the parking & community policies. We understand that sometimes policies can be forgotten. In that case, we provide a warning prior to any lease violations or fines being sent out. In regards to your pet fee, we do not charge a pet deposit. Most communities charge a pet deposit and a non-refundable pet fee. We only charge a non-refundable pet fee of $300. As outlined in your lease agreement, this fee does not go towards any damage charges. We try our best to be very transparent and go over all documentation that is signed by each lease holder to ensure that each lease holder understands what is outlined in their lease that they sign. Prior to move out, we provide each resident with a detailed list of potential move out charges and offer a move out inspection if the resident chooses to do so. We want to ensure that we are always anticipating your needs, and assisting you in any way possible tom improve your experience. Great news- our pool is open year round! You are free to enjoy our sparkling pool any time of the year, even if you just want to hang out and use our complimentary wifi and grill area. We understand that parking can be tight. We do have a courtesy officer that patrols in the evenings to ensure all parking rules are being enforced. Dear Valued Resident, We are sorry to hear that you're not enjoying your living experience while staying with us here at Springs at Bandera. While we do want you to enjoy get togethers in your home, we do take very seriously the right to enjoyment and quiet of our other residents. We have a 6000 SF club house that is a great place for parties. I am happy to provide you rental information on how to rent the Club House for your next big event! All entry ways are at ADA standard and will allow most all large furniture through your door without any issues. Sometimes those special pieces of furniture might be a little finicky going up your stairs to your home. If you are currently still experiencing issues with your toilet, please notify the office immediately so we can address it right away. We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance that is here to care for your emergency maintenance needs. Please feel free to stop by the office to discuss any concerns your having at any time. We are here for you and want to ensure your stay here with us is just as peaceful as our beautiful surrounding Live Oak Trees. I look forward to hearing from you. Being so close to 1604 there can be some residual noise, however our location is prime putting you close to dining and shopping. We are located right off 1604 access road, but all of our homes are well insulated and we do offer double paned windows that assist with minimizing any noise from the highway. Please contact our office if you would like for us to put you down for service. We want to ensure your ant problem is taken care of promptly.
Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize if the team was rude in any way. I would like to discuss this further with you so that we can ensure we are communicating correctly with our residents. We understand that parking can be tight. We ensure to communicate with all residents and potential residents our parking regulations. After 7pm, to ensure all residents have a place to park inside of the community, we do regulate parking. Guest do have to park outside of the gate after 7 pm. We are happy to have installed a brand new gate system in December, so we no longer have issues with our gates. For all dogs on property, we do require a DNA swab. If a resident fails to pick up their pet waste, we can sample it, send it off to the lab, and fine the resident that it is matched to. Fines are outlined in our lease agreement for each resident with a dog. We pride ourselves in open communication with all residents and future residents to make your living experience the best. Hi Neighbor, Thank you for your feedback. So happy your fur babies love the Bark Park. We love the fact that it is large enough for the big fur babies to run, and offers lots of large trees for shade in the hot summers.
Springs at Bandera Apartments is a beautiful, gated pet-friendly apartment community located on Loop 1604 in northwest San Antonio, Texas. The peaceful setting in the Northside Independent School District is convenient to everything. Great shopping and dining are minutes away in The Shops at La Cantera. Many large employers are within a short commute. Within our gated community we invite you to enjoy the resort-style pool, work out in our 24-hour fitness center and exercise your dog in the leash-free dog park. Stop in the clubhouse to use the WiFi or for a cup a coffee from the free coffee bar. Each apartment is designed for your comfort with private, ground-level entries, open kitchen layouts, island breakfast bars, spacious closets and washer/dryer connections. Some homes have granite counter-tops, 2" faux wood blinds and wood laminate floors. Private balconies patios are available, as are attached and detached garages.
