Current resident and im totally dissatisfied with the maintenance staff. From the day i signed my lease to now my AC keeps going out and all they do is a temporary fix and its back hot. You have to fight with them to accomplish one thing. Im tired of this and they want their rent on time but cant handle your needs on time took them 2 weeks to fix anything I cant wait til my lease is up.. Its not worth the money every month. Done with them!! Dont forget you have to pay for a laundry key and still pay to wash your clothes never had to deal with that so ur forced to buy a washer and dryer. They do anything for extra money. Besides that they just started a gate project and the workers are never working so who knows how long thats going to take. Just ridiculous and dont think you're ever going to be able to get a hold of a actual person because leaving a message is all u can get close to unless you have the opportunity to make it to the office. But they sure can contact you when you owe any kind of money. Pay every month for pest control but you have to request it. Never have a steady rent one day its this next month its another. I cant wait to move!
